Leyna Bernstein Consulting (LBC) specializes in helping small and medium sized nonprofit organizations recruit, develop and retain strong leaders. We offer highly customized services focused on executive search, board recruitment and development, and leadership coaching.
We work with a small group of clients at any given time, primarily during times of dramatic change, and often help with complex or challenging transitions. We have depth of expertise in founder transitions, and frequently work with organizations making some kind of leap or change in fundraising or programmatic focus. We take a holistic approach to our work, bringing an understanding of the whole organization, its culture and values, to each project. LBC offers our clients depth of expertise in nonprofit governance and management, combined with 25 years of recruiting experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
